Java Architect

Technical Architect for designing and proposing technology details for projects. Gathering requirements, researched various technology to be proposed, prepare relevent design documents and conduct reviews, presentations with relevent stakeholders. Performed initial Architecture Analysis, assisting the developers during construction phase and performing POC’s .

Scrum Master

Successfully transform the team's waterfall mindset to Agile by developing Training materials and conducting trainings for teams to understand Agile delivery.
